It has the perfect balance in every way. The flavour is outstanding smooth, rich, and neither bitter nor sour. The roast is exactly how it should be: not too dark, not too light, just spot on.
I’ve always preferred dark roasts, but I often found them overly intense, while medium roasts tended to feel too light or lacking depth. This one is simply perfect, it has completely changed my expectations.
