I opted for Colombia El Carmen Nº 50, as I’m partial to a slightly stronger roast and I have to say it didn’t disappoint! It was a great balance of strength in the roasting department with no bitter aftertaste. The taste was silky smooth with strong red fruit notes - i actually tasted fruits. Many other brands say they contain fruit flavours, but you can rarely taste them as they get lost another overpowering elements. Congratulations Rave on producing a truly lovely blend - I look forward to trying your other grinds.”
