“Has slightly more acidity than the Fudge blend No5 drank after I used the 250g that I used up within a week. Put the Columbia El Carmen No 50 blend into my hopper and was ready to brew straight away by the time I got around to using them after a week of resting.
The flavour description of Chocolate, Caramel and red fruits is always subjective I could definitely taste a touch of Dark chocolate and the slight acidity is because of the red fruit which is subtle that it makes an enjoyable coffee.”

The aroma of the beans hints at the devine taste that is to come. I have a few more different varieties to try and cant wait. “At the moment the 50th is N2 in my top. I drink it as espresso 18g in 33g out, 35 secs, 9 bars.
Rich silky body, dried apricots in taste, very smooth pleasant sourness evolving into sweetness, if drunk with 130g milk the taste feels spicy. I recommend it to my friends for sure.”
