“The Christmas Blend Nº 22, when pulled as a straight espresso shot on the Sage Oracle with a 30-second extraction, consistently resulted in a notably sour taste, indicating under-extraction.
When incorporated into a flat white, the sour notes were masked by the milk, but the overall flavour was muted, registering as "just ok." The blend lacked the distinct profile and sweetness found in other blends that I have tried with Rave, The Italian Job No2, Fudge Blend No5 and my current Favourite Strong AF Blend No666 leaving the final milk drink underwhelming.”
