“Really tasty medium-dark roast. More medium-dark than say Neapolitan dark. Very tasty balanced shot. Hint of acidity, lots of body.
Only thing i don’t like (and this is a very minor stylistic gripe) is the “strong AF” branding - it perpetuates a mis-impression about “strong” coffee - James Hoffmann has a good video on this. It’s just a darker roasted arabica bean - this doesn’t make it “strong” (or weak).”
