“Have just tried Swiss water decaf blend number 11. Totally delicious. Absolutely up there with the best (if not the best) decaf beans I've tried. I bought this as whole bean; probably could tinker with the grind as the extraction was a little quick. Nonetheless it produced a fantatastic espresso through Silvano Quick Mill espresso machine. Great body, richness and depth, nice balancing acidity. The tasting notes state medium/dark roast and this is defintely what came through, they also give notes of chocolate, malt and spices, all of which are evident. Highly recommend!”
“This is by far the best decaff full bean I have ever tasted. It even tops many of the caffinated variants for flavour, IMO it has a lovely chocolate flavour. I grind this for espresso using eureka mignon XL and use sage dual boiler, lovely for a flat white style evening drink...when sleep soon after is needed.”
