“Decaf Blend N. 11 is an easy going, everyday coffee. No much personality, a bit bland, but surprisingly better than the quite bitter (and more expensive) decaf Signature Blend 1D; maybe, too much Indonesian coffee in the 1D? Maybe, some Robusta quality beans rather than all Arabic?
I hope, in the future, you'll be able to 'Swiss Water' process some more aromatic and round coffee, maybe Columbian? Perhaps, the swiss water process get rid of the subt aromas in comparison to the 'sugar cane' based solvent process?”
