“As a newbie espresso shot maker, Rave's Signature perfect intro to my new adventure. With just a few recipe changes with the 7 day rested bean ( I struggled to wait as bags arrived very freshly roasted). I made a delicious flat white, french press another time, then a long black for a friend. What a versatile blend with lovely notes of chocolate, caramel and almond. Happy Days!”
