“If you like italian style espresso you’ll like this. It’s not as dark as the classic Neapolitan roasts but definitely leans towards that flavour profile (dark chocolate, nutty, vanilla); low acidity, lots of body. Cuts through milk really well with milky drinks.
Would be great if Rave could specify the % of robusta.”
