“From the moment I opened the bag, this coffee promised something special and did not disappoint - although I did have to tinker with my settings on my machine to hit the sweet spot. But when I did...The aroma greeted me with warm caramel-and-dark-chocolate tones - so fitting for a blend named “Fudge” and wholly justified.
On my Ninja 701 machine, once I dialled in the grind and extraction settings just right, the result was outstanding: smooth, rich and indulgent, yet never heavy or bitter. It delivered a velvety mouthfeel and sweet but rich after taste.
This has now become my go-to coffee. Whether brewed as a flat white, cappuccino or simply on its own, it hits exactly the tone I’m after.
In short: if you’re looking for a coffee lover but also not a barista that wants a whole-bean blend that marries that hint of barista professionalism with pleasure, this one’s a winner.”
