“This has been made into flat whites and lattes using a Gaggia Carezza espresso machine. It's not too tricky to get this coffee dialled. After the first cup just ground it slightly less fine and achieved a balance I was happy with. It is a bit of a grower as a flavour, I am enjoying it a lot now. All I would say is I am not getting much of a fudge flavour from it. If I was naming this based on how it tastes to me it would be called "Sweet n Smokey". This was backed up when my wife had a latte, and she remarked on the smokiness. Most times she doesn't comment on flavour of coffee but did notice that. Maybe if I dialled this slightly coarser or this was made in another machine it would come out slightly different. I am very happy with it though and would go down as one of the better coffees I have tried.”
