“Very nice coffee with a distinct Turkish-style profile
This is a really enjoyable coffee! Based on the description, I was expecting a slightly coarser grind, but I actually had to adjust my grinder up by two levels compared to my usual beans to get it right. Taste-wise, it has a wonderfully distinct, slightly "stony" flavor profile that reminds me very much of a traditional Turkish coffee. Very nice indeed—I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.”
“Had this before on several occasions and consider it to be a great general purpose coffee. Ground fine enough it makes a good espresso although I'm never sure I'm getting the most out of the medium roast. It really shines as an aeropress and a pour over filter coffee where the lighter, fresher acidic zing comes through. Ground course for a cafeteria it works as a nice rich roast with fresh flavours.”
