“The Takamine GN30 that I received, was NOT AS LISTED, because the Guitar had a STANDARD BRIDGE, with 6 Bridge Pins. It was advertised with a "PINLESS BRIDGE!" (Whether this was a mistake by the Dealer, or a deliberate ploy by Takamine to move on "Old Stock," remains to be seen)! For a £300 Guitar, the finish was disappointing, with SHARP FRET ENDS, and a VERY HIGH ACTION!....I will have to pay a Luthier to lower the action, and change to 11 gauge strings(£45-£60). I will probably SELL THIS GUITAR ON, as I am not happy with it! Barry.”
