“This is a very useful piece of hardware as it provides secure and convenient placing of an extra cymbal without needing to use an extra cymbal stand. It does not fit on all cymbal stands, but I found one of my stands which would accommodate it and used that. It seems well made and is flexible and adjustable. The felts and washers which are supplied are not of the highest quality, but good enough and easily replaced if need be. An additional point that may be of some help or interest to someone(!): I have seen attempts online to use this to mount three cymbals. I am sure that this is not the intended use, as the bottom bracket needs to go right over the mounting post on the original stand for a secure fitting.”
