“Item is as expected. The 5 stars is more for Rattle & Drum. Delivery is prompt and they helped amend a previous order with ease over the phone. One tip for them though is I was wondering where some items were. They didn't advise of a delay because they were coming from Germany. Would have been easier for all if I didn't have to enquire. Not a problem once I was aware. Love their website and I have found their customer service to be great.”

“I used the tension rods to convert an old drum with slotted heads to square heads. All Gibraltar equipment is top quality professional gear and the tension rods are perfect. Pity they don't come in different size packs (ie 6, 8, 10) - needed 8 for floor tom so had to buy 2 packs and 4 left over surplus to requirements. Still, not that expensive so never mind. I have all Gibraltar hardware on my kit and they are the best.”
