“I was looking for a replacement top hoop for a vintage Ludwig Supraphonic 402 snare drum. This hoop is a solid well made hoop and looks no different (in my eyes) to the original. On fitting it to the drum. I tightened the tension rods finger tight then a one whole turn with the drum key on each one. It already sounded amazing, and had no need to tune any further. I am well impressed with this hoop and at such a reasonable price. Rattle & Drum always deliver.”
