“I’m happy with the shoe, but unfortunately not so happy with the dyed result, the colour isn’t perfect, and I wasn’t expecting the lace to appear a completely different colour:(”

Hi Donna Thank you for your review. We are sorry you are unhappy with the dyed result, our colourists are experts in their field and use a water based dye to create the most natural (and environmentally friendly) look on our satin shoes. In our terms and conditions on the dyeing order form we do explain that due to the nature of the dye we use there can be tonal variations on the different materials used on our shoes. These create really lovely contrasts, however we understand not every customer wants this so would advise to choose a style which is all satin, rather than have a lace trim. We dye your shoes to either artificial or daylight and the colour can vary depending on where you are looking at the shoes, so please make sure you view them in the right conditions. “Beautiful, that’s all I can say! I love the gem at the bottom being my something blue as well, it’s just such a thoughtful and clever touch that makes the Rainbow brand the one to go to for the wedding shoes! Very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to show them off to everyone in July! Love the fact I can dye them after if I would like to use again for a different occasion”
