“Very very happy Needed to match it to a hat and only had a feather to give as a swatch. They sent me a swatch back to check which was perfect My bag was new but the shoes had been worn in May and were slightly scuffed, but to be honest, despite the fact they weren't brand new they look fabulous Very happy indeed”

“I purchased my shoes via John Lewis. I supplied a colour swatch from my ‘Mother of the Bride’ dress. I was a bit nervous but on arrival I was so pleased and overwhelmed by the craftsmanship, detail and the colour match was 100%. I received so many compliments on my outfit and my beautiful shoes. I would highly recommend this service. Thanks so much for giving me peace of mind and for finishing off my outfit.”
