“I ordered the swatch directly from customer services stating I only had five weeks until my son’s wedding so I wanted the swatch send quickly and that I was happy to pay for fast delivery. I was assured it would be sent promptly but not told it was something like 5 working days. It eventually arrived 10 days later by second class post. This was too near the date of the wedding to then order shoes and then get them dyed. So very disappointed.”
