“A lovely looking shoe but unfortunately too small. Bought the same size in 2 different shoes and the other fit absolutely perfectly. Advise buy one size up! Went with the other shoe as liked it just as much.”

“The shoes are fabulous however I had to return them. I was very disappointed. Unfortunately the shoes were very narrow and even though I always wear standard fitting shoes, I could barely get my feet into the shoes. I went up a half size to allow for hot weather on my wedding day but the shoes were still too narrow for me. The shoes are beautifully made and Rainbow club were marvellous in dealing with my return and refund. Fabulous service, shame about the sizing.”

“If you have size 5 please order this shoes in size 8. Yes, it sounds ridiculous but the customer service seems to think this is normal between different model shoes. Result: I ordered the shoes twice, took time and money (return postage is on you) to send it back and refund is taking ages. Shame because this is the second time I order from them and I love their shoes but... I learned the lesson:not reliable.”
