“Key points: Recommended, also for those outside the UK, but ignore the "wide" in the name of the shoe. Customer support fantastic when brought with an issue and everything resolved quickly! No drama, no stress. These shoes are exactly what I was looking for, and the toe section has been built in such a way that it feels like they're covered by a pillow! I don't know how they did it, but definitely a new experience! The heel is not too high, which is what I was hoping for as well. So if you want to have a solid heel, but not feel like you're on stilts, it's great! The only thing that was of concern is regarding the "wide" fit. I had researched that "wide" fit is better for those with flat feet (like me!) and that they were made to be a little bigger than the usual size of that number (i.e. a size UK 4/EU 37 Wide is a little bigger in the toe section than the normal UK 4/EU 37). For this reason, I ordered in a half size smaller than I usually wear, thinking that it would balance itself out. However, this was not the case, and I needed to order the same pair in a half size larger, so my usual size. For this reason, I am rating the shoes as true to size, if you ignore the "wide". The positive note is that communication with customer service was STELLAR. I had no issues, they understood and walked me through the process. They responded quickly and in a very kind manner. I am glad that I ordered them a few months before my wedding, so that there has been enough time for the shoes to ship, be delivered (swiftly, I might add), tried on, and for us to find a solution with plenty of time to spare! I haven't returned them yet, so I can't comment on the actual return process. Overall, great experience and would recommend even for those ordering from the European continent!”

“Nice shoes that are a good fit. Took a couple of rounds to get a pair that worked for me - it's a shame there is nowhere you can try them on before buying. Pictures are slivery but the shoes are quite a bright satin white which works well for me.”
