“I usually have trouble finding smart shoes that are also comfortable but the Lexi ivory satin are both smart and comfortable. I was amazed at the exact colour match. I was also very impressed with the speed of service and great packaging. However, after stepping on grass for photos, I now have an inch of discoloured fabric on both heels so am seeking solutions.”

“The most comfortable shoes that I have ever purchased. Soft and beautiful. Insoles are soft and comfortable. Perfect fit as a wide fit - hold my feet snuggly. Would buy again and again.”

“The front of the shoes are to small crushing my feet , l am not happy at all that l have topay £4.60 to send them back . I will not recommend people to do this as it cost to much . Shoe length fine .”

Hi, Apologies that these shoes weren't a good fit for you. Our shoes all feature our underfoot cushioning for the best possible comfort, which can occasionally mean that a size up will fit better, especially with styles such as this that have a narrow toe by design. If you would like to contact our customer care team at enquiries@rainbowclub.co.uk, they will be able to advise you on what size or style would be best for you in this case, as they have an in depth knowledge of how each shoe fits. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns, as we would have to increase the prices of our products in order to cover the cost of this, which is something we are reluctant to do at present.
