“Beautiful and comfortable shoes, with excellent customer service. The shoes are really pretty and very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, they arrived with some dirt marks and appeared to be slightly used, which was disappointing given that I expected them to be in new condition. However, the customer service team was very helpful and handled the issue promptly. They acknowledged the concern without hesitation and assisted me with the exchange process. Overall, I’m very happy with the shoes.”
