“The shoes were unfortunately out of stock, but a customer service agent quickly communicated this to me and helped me find the shoes I wanted. Now that I have the pair, I love the way they fit and feel! I'm excited to wear them on my wedding day and send them back to Rainbow to change their color - great concept!”
