“Simple and classic design, and super comfortable. I don't wear high heels very often so I found these a little high to walk in personally, but I'm sure I'd get used to them with practice; if you wear heels regularly then you'll have no problems! I found the backs of the shoes slipped off a little bit as I walked, so if I had chosen this style then I probably would have needed to go down a half size (from 5 to 4.5). Ultimately I returned these Frances shoes and went with the pearl embellished closed toe Maya mid heel shoes, but if you're looking for an effortless design then Frances would be a great choice!”

“My shoes got here exactly when they were supposed to, the shipping company was great. They look beautiful. I’m from the US and in between sizes 7-7.5, so I was worried about the fit. The size chart was very easy to read and I got a 5.5, which fit very well. They’re the tiniest bit loose, but I have some heel pads for that. I think the next size down would be too snug. Will definitely be purchasing more shoes from here later!”
