“The colour packs service is an efficient and slick operation. You receive a pack that helps you to complete the colour dye process with ease. This includes a pre-printed label and self-sealing envelope making it easy to package your shoes up and drop them off at your local Yodel agent. But most of all it was the really friendly support provided by Chloe, Sue and Sarah in the Customer Service team who helped me through the process so we could accurately dye my shoes to match my dress. I will definitely use Rainbow Club again for my next formal event.”

“Amazing!!! I had a dark navy handbag & navy & silver dress but couldn't find a pair of comfortable shoes anywhere - so originally bought the Julie-style, ivory shoes & then sent them back to colour match my bag. Arrived back today - perfect!!! Can't thank Sarah enough. I am now all ready for my son's wedding on the 29th. I would highly recommend this site both for the shoes & the colour match service.”
