“The instructions were so easy to follow and I had no problem what so ever sending them back to be dyed.Such a fantastic idea and would recommend to everyone.”

“Colour pack instructions were easy to follow. Packaging and delivery instructions were enclosed. I did phone customer services to ensure my ‘John Lewis pale grey’ instructions were sufficient, once confirmed they were I felt more confident.”

“Amazing! I was unable to take any cotton or cut any material from the dress I needed the shoe colour to match. I purchased some embroidery silk to send instead and hoped it was a close enough match. I was thrilled when the shoes were returned. They were perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful too - talking me through the online purchase so that everything went smoothly. A fast and brilliant service that exceeded all expectations.”
