“Wore shoes last year to youngest son’s wedding - supremely comfy and elegant. Second wedding this year for eldest son - I could not despite extensive research find similarly comfy shoes so decided to try colour pack to change colour from ivory to French navy - I am thrilled with the prompt professional response and the final colouring of shoes is superb (thank you Mary) it’s the exact match and I am thrilled with result - can’t wait to wear them to second wedding in 16 days time - so so excited / thank you rainbow club”

“The bespoke colour matching service worked as described. My shoes and item enclosed for colour matching were returned on time and well packaged. The colour matching was excellent. My only gripe was having to pay postage , which was a bit steep, when ordering the pack. Hence only 4 stars”

“My Hazel shoes have.just returned from the bespoke dyeing process and they are absolutely stunning. I am so excited to wear them. The process was very simple. Once I had decided on the shoes, I ordered the die pack which couldn't have been easier. The packaging and returns label were included so all I had to do was complete the form and drop my parcel off. I had a great experience. Thank you”

“Colour pack arrived quickly, however, I have had no confirmation that my parcel has been collected from UPS locker or arrived at Rainbow which I find unsettling.”
