“Firstly, I would advice you join Rainbow Club. It was easy to purchase a colour packs online. The colour packs is tracked and sent within 5 days with regular email and text updates of delivery date. Once you receive your Colour packs it is simple and easy to complete. The Colour packs package is impressive lilac envelope with documents, mail bag and label. It’s self explanatory to complete. Finally take your parcel to your local Yodel mailing shop. You can either give email address for proof of purchase or paper receipt.”

“Very simple firm to fill in and return with a fabric sample attached. Mine was Couture Colour so made to match my sample. Did have to call them to check re the pre-paid envelope as it was not clear that you had to stick the printed label on the envelope. Otherwise simple and got email confirmation that shoes had been received by them.”
