“Shoes are lovely, however the left shoe was stained with what only I can presume is tan. On reading other people’s reviews on returns and refunds with rainbow club it all seemed a bit too negative. And as I would be returning them from Ireland I would have to pay for the post and packaging .I have decided to keep the shoes and get them cleaned. Customer service were as helpful as they could have been.”

We’re very sorry with the level of customer service you’ve received, as it’s fallen well below our normal standards. It’s clear that an online order has been returned to us in very poor condition & should never of made its way back into our shelves, which is also very disappointing. We will be in touch again to try and find a happier resolution.
