“I ordered my size but due to not being a heel girl they felt too big for me, so I made an exchange for a smaller size. The return was smooth and efficient, I received my exchange back very quickly and products being well packaged!! As for the shoe itself, they are SO comfortable to the point that they won’t even need “breaking in”. Would definitely recommend!!!”

“I ordered the Brianna Ivory shoes for my youngest son’s wedding last year and had them dyed powder blue to match my outfit and I was so delighted with them, so comfortable and I wore them all day and evening without any problems. I ordered the same shoes last week for my eldest son’s wedding in October and I was so disappointed that they were extremely wide and also gapping at the top of my foot that I had to return them. I will have to go into John Lewis to try on other pairs to see if any fit me with a kitten heel now but I’m worried that there will be same issue with the sizing.”

“I have had a pin put in my big toe and a bunion removed about 18 months ago. I have arthritis and a bunion in my other foot……so finding pretty heeled shoes for my daughter’s wedding was a big worry!!! My Rainbow Club shoes I bought though seem perfect. Really comfortable and look nice. I haven’t worn them yet and will be getting them dyed the correct colour but I’m hoping they are going to be perfect!! Thankyou”
