“I’m not sure how to review the product as I never received the sample. I was very excited to get the sample and place an order but I did not receive any reply to my emails nor the sample. Not sure why. As stated in my email on the Luvanto company website, I had been looking for this exact style of flooring and was elated to finally find it at Luvanto. The reviews I read were excellent and I’m still interested but assume I will never receive the sample at this point...”
