“Both myself and my wife had seen in store and liked as currently redoing the middle floor on our house.
wanted to test out the locking system as had difficulty with other click flooring hence we ordered two samples. Based on the samples we then ordered enough to do the middle-floor bathroom as a test area.
click flooring system on this is a breeze to do even with one person aligning entire lengths, as perfectly slots together with no joint lines showing.
Have had other flooring where the the planks are more brittle and have a tendency to crack on the tongue and grooves, didn't have this as the material has some flexibility.
Cutting was a breeze with a steel ruler and Stanley knife. Marked my cuts with pencil before scoring the lines, several times and then bending the board until it snapped.
Used excess boards to Scotia the edges and around the shower and finished with brown caulk strip.
Issues:
Had was one of the boxes of flooring had been damaged at some point along the delivery route. This impacted one of the boards having scrapes and marks along it. Fortunately I already had drawn out plans for laying and cutting the boards and was able to work around it and use the undamaged sections.
Had to source a door strip from an alternate vendor to join the rooms together as could not source a Luvanto door strip in time time window I needed it.
Both myself and my wife have lived with it for a month now. We are one hundred percent satisfied and planning to reorder more when we get a chance to finish off the entire floor.
