“I was struggling with CPAP for a couple of weeks until I found this Putnams pillow. I've had it for several weeks now, and sleeping with CPAP has just got better and better, mostly due to the excellent design of this pillow! It was obviously designed by someone who uses CPAP, because everything is in the right place and of the right shape. I love the ear recess, although didn't know what it was for until I read another review. By sleeping on my side, and ensuring my ear is in that recess, everything else just fits into place. I like a firm-ish pillow so it suits me, and the foam soon moulds to your 'shape'. Unfortunately I still get the strap marks on my face every morning, so still working on that one! “Sending mine back as I find the memory foam really firm and unpleasant to sleep on. May help some people, but not me. That's not to say it's not an excellent product for the right person and no doubt can work very well.”
