“I found this much more comfortable using CPAP than on a normal pillow. I purchased the royal but I do find it a bit low so have to use a small cushion underneath it which does move so not ideal at the moment. I am just learning how to use the CPAP so getting the pillow right is also a learning curve.”

The memory foam moulds round the shape of my neck while also giving support and shaped to accommodate the mask. Made such a huge improvement to the quality of my sleep. We recommend the large if you normally prefer the support of two standard pillows or the medium if you usually prefer the support of just one. I still have occasional wrestling matches with the tube as the cut outs of the pillow don’t hold it in place as much as I would like. I have only given 4 stars as the price seems too high and limits those who are on a tight budget from getting the quality sleep they need.”
