“This pillow is what makes cpap tolerable for me. I went for the foam rather than memory foam and it's very comfortable with the mask. I really think every side sleeper fitted wwith cpap should be advised to get a specialised pillow and this one is perfect. I use the royal as I don't like high pillows”
