This pillow is one of the worst I have used. It is as solid as a lump of concrete.
It is advertised as being able to improve neck pain and sleep. For me, it has made both of these much worse. It is very uncomfortable to lie on.
It also does not fit into a standard pillowcase. The only way to make it fit is to scrunch and bend it which then makes it misshapen.
I regret wasting money on this.”

Better sleep on my side as my last pillow was too shallow
“This pillow is a very clever design as it is height adjustable. Comes with 6 separate layers. I am currently using 4. I assume over time they may lose a bit of depth given they are a natural product. At that point, I will add my extra 2 layers. Would highly recommend. Very comfortable for me for all sleeping positions and fully natural product, which is essential in my opinion.”
