What did this product help heal or comfort? Neck stiffness for back sleeping

“I think this is possibly the best pillow I have ever bought. It is soft and supportive; the ability to take out the wooden sleeves to adjust height is brilliant. The wool breathes, it allows the warmth to dissipate throughout and makes for a supremely snug and comfortable sleep. This is the second pillow I have bought from Putnams, and I am convinced that I must now order all new bedding for my family from them henceforth.”

“These pillows are flatter than I thought they were I would have liked if they were a bit bigger to fit in the normal size cases.”
