“Lovely pillow, it came will packaged and ahead of time. Opened it up and other than which way up it goes, it was very easy to place on the bed! There was no smell !
The standard size is more than big enough to sleep on, and I have a king size bed. It does not interfere with my husbands sleep like tilting the bed would.
There is a gradual incline, it is possible to sleep directly on the bed wedge. It's brilliant when I sleep on my back but I found this slightly uncomfortable on my side so I use a thin pillow for neck support.
I did notice when I first slept on the bed wedge that I natural slid down the bed. This is something you adjust to, it is not a design fault with the bed wedge! It's just the way I fidget in bed. It's actually helped stop my fidgeting.
If you do slide down the bed I found placing a pillow under my knees helped until I had adjusted to the bed wedge. In fact I no longer slide down the bed and I actually get good reflux free sleep.
