“I have been struggling from acid reflux particularly at night for a couple of years now and despite medication nights are the worst . I selected the Putnam pillow based in part on the height I didn’t want one which was too high as knew I’d struggle with that sleeping position . It took me a couple of nights to adjust to the new sleeping position but now I’m incredibly comfortable and from having reflux every night I’ve not had a single instance over night allowing me to reduce some medication.
