“Despite reservations about the cost, after reading all the glowing reviews, I decided to buy the reflux wedge pillow . Sadly my birthday money has gone to waste! Since using it i have woken up with back pain and have slid so far down the bed my feet are hanging off the end! It should be made clear that you cannot return if it has been used. What is the point in offering a return unless you are able to try it first?!”

We send out the bed wedge in a sealed bag so that it can be tried before purchasing. The bag also has stickers attached "once opened this item is non-returnable" However once this bag is removed it is no longer eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. “My ongoing acid reflux no longer seems to be controlled by my medication. I've been having tests to try and see why. Meanwhile I've tried to find ways to ease the overnight reflux that leaves me so sore the following day. I was concerned that the wedge would cause problems with my fibromyalgia but it is so comfortable. I still get slight night time reflux but not enough to have the daytime soreness. I can't tell you just how good that feels.”
