“It took a good three nights for me to get used to the bed wedge; during which I did find it hard to get to sleep.
With that said, now I couldn't sleep without and it's really helped with my reflux during night time and so far, haven't had any rough wake ups with acid in my throat.”

“Not actually used for acid reflux but as a way to raise husbands head when using a feeding tube, due to illness, did the job and was much more comfortable than using multiple pillows.”
“I took delivery of foam wedges yesterday and last night was the best night’s sleep I have had for a long time. Uninterrupted by reflux. I bought 54” width which comprises of 2 pieces to fit into cover. After an hour of unsuccessfully trying to manoeuvre foam into cover I had to call Putnams to ask for instruction. My feedback to them is to give simple instruction that zip goes at top. Perhaps by sewing a small label in cover indicating top.”

“This has helped my acid reflux a little at night, but has now created a new problem with upper back and neck pain. Throughout the night it seems to push my pillow upwards against the headboard forcing my neck into an unatural position, which is now causing me upper back and neck pain. I will now have to ditch it as it has been a good few weeks and is getting worse. Very disappointed.”
