About 10 days to adjust to the new sleeping position but this has definitely helped me so far and my reflux has definitely subsided at night since using the wedge
It was tough first week with smell the pillow gave off. The whole room smelt awful, each day for a week I took it out the bedroom when not in use and the smell eventually disappeared
