“I have Gastro Oesophageal Reflux Disease, Hiatus hernia and Barrett’s oesophagus. Even with medication I was having problems with reflux at night, effecting my sleep. This mattress wedge seemed to be the best way of creating elevation without resorting to bricks under the bed head, though as I have a divan that would not have worked. I found the wedge has improved my sleep once I got used to the slope, which didn’t take long, with much reduced reflux symptoms.”
