“We received two other deliveries from Putnam. Each time the delivery agent came to the door, rang the bell, and required a signature. The last 8 degree wedge though (order #10116) did not come on the 21st at 13:58 as is stated in the tracking record. We were home until 15:20 that day and checked the front stoop for further packages just before we left. We had received a package at around 13:00 and picked it up.
We LOVE our wedges. We anticipate we'll love this one too regardless of the outcome.”
“The 8degree wedge is wonderful & I have another one the same. Many years ago I had surgery on my lower spine thus have terrible discomfort in the coccyx area, as it is only has a thin skin over it. I keep these wedges on chairs around the house, one in the car with a Putnam back support,plus I take one everywhere I go where I need to sit down, the improvements in design & technology is second to none. “Excellent customer service from this company - I bought the 8 degree cushion first but then decided to change it for the 11 degree one. When I telephoned to arrange this, there was absolutely no problem. Both cushions arrived quickly and were well packaged. I was refunded promptly for the cushion I returned. I have used the cushion for a few days now whilst working for long hours at my computer and I can already feel a difference - I have osteoarthritis in my spine and suffer from pain and tenderness when sitting for too long. I'm looking forward to trying out the cushion on long car journeys too as I'm sure it will relieve the pressure.”
