Mainly using this for back support, in the vertical position, when sitting. Ideal shape means it doesn't press on the sore areas...phew 🌞

“Very soft pillow . I actually use both the items in another capacity. Have broken my arm and have to sleep upright. I use the butterfly pillow to support my neck on top of all the the bolsters. It is just the right size to balance on top of everything.”

“Well made pillow, however it’s too narrow and too short for any good support for problem necks. I purchased this pillow to have behind my head whilst sitting but due to its size it gives no support at all”
