I wanted this pillow primarily for my stiff neck, but it's not very comfortable for me, so will use it to raise my legs in bed.
“I ordered the soft option but find that is still a bit too hard for my neck. Would be useful if you could remove some of the filling in this butterfly pillow to customise it. I notice that some other reviews say you can adjust the filling, but now you can't. Also, when you take the cover off for washing, it's very difficult to get it back on!”

Was very effective in relieving the pressure on my knees when sleeping in a side position (both sides) and I need to stop my knees pressing against each other.
“I used the Butterfly pillow (fibre filled, the softest level) for a cushion effect between my knees when sleeping. The softest level was definitely the best for my needs.”
