“I broke quite a few vertebrae in my neck and spine in 2014 and have had difficulty sleeping and very painful neck pain when moving head in certain directions of late. After using the pillow I had a vast improvement in sleep and its revelation. I would remember to any one who suffers from neck or spinal pain. It just sits in the crux in my neck. Ever, use it if I need a little sleep on the sofa. Also, it’s so small it can easily be taken on holiday or a camping trip. I would imagine it could be used as a travel pillow if traveling long distance in the train or bus. The ‘V’ pillows is great as well. All make in the Dorset and supporting UK industry which is great.”

Sometimes I use it sleeping flat with it just under the nape of my neck and other times on top of a shallow pillow. I sleep on my back and side. I would personally recommend it.”
