It helps with my hips, adds comfort when I use it between my knees. Am hoping it will help as neck support in my yoga classes too.
“Lovely little butterfly pillow. I use it to put between my knees at night in bed to help balance my hips up. It’s very unobtrusive and neat.
I am also going to try it in my yoga class for neck support in “relaxation “ at the end of the class.
