This is really good, although not as good for side sleeping, at least for me.

I had to return the pillow as it was too soft which I didn't expect when reading earlier reviews. It flattened when placed between the knees.

Delighted with this pillow, exactly what I was looking for to improve sleep posture to help with neck and back pain. Great quality. Love that it's made in UK and that Putnams plant a tree for every review.

Did not find the pillow comfortable for my neck when used with my pillows which is why I bought it as advised by my physio due to my neck problem

I have not regretted to get this leg raiser. I use it everyday and love it.

Perfect for what I wanted it. It is a bit small but firm and very well done.

The pillow is lovely and soft but supportive and looks well made - in Britain! I have found it slightly too big for my neck to sleep on (I am 5ft 4inches) but have been using it under my knees when laying on my back and between my knees when on my side instead. I’m hoping it will flatten a little with use and then I can use it as my pillow as it is only a fraction too big and that was the main reason I bought it. Great pillow though, the shape is very supportive and would reduce head roll when laying down, I bought it as I can’t sleep using a pillow when I have a migraine or when my neck pain flares. I could give it less stars just for being only a fraction too thick but I won’t because it may be the perfect size for someone else and wouldn’t want to dissuade people - but just be aware if you are smaller in stature. A small size option would be ideal though! I wonder if the cervical roll may be better for me.
