“Pump arrived promptly and very well packaged. It was painted black, not just primed which was a bonus. It was assembled ready to fit. I would recommend W.Robinson & Sons and will use them again if the need should arise.
The only downside was I could not navigate to the separately supplied 1 1/4" hose connection on the web page, so thought I would just buy one locally. That has proved very difficult and purchasing online incurs expensive postage, so I will persevere locally.”

“Great after sales service. After the initial disappointment that the pump was jammed up -- the handle could not be activated we now have a fully working pump. Spoke with Adrian on Monday 3rd. Parts arrived Tuesday 9.00am. New plunger fitted smoothly down the barrel. Updated Janet 9.45 to tell her the good news. The dear wife is Chairman of the Hinckley Museum & is now a happy bunny.
