“14.1.21 I thought a pump with a Villiers engine would be the dogs do dah's, but am sadly disappointed. I just can't get it working to pump the water out of my flooded garden. I am having a conservatory built and the contractors and I couldn't get it to remove the water in the footings. Before purchase I did contact the supplier to check that it would be suitable for the task of removing water from my garden and was told it would be. Sadly it doesn't appear to be. I have contacted the supplier (pump.co.uk) a couple of days ago asking to return the item for a refund, but have heard nothing back as yet. So not only is the kit disappointing, but so is the customer service at present.
